Project Type: Education
In God Vocational & Technical Training Center
This school focuses on Dressmaking and Hair Dressing (Cosmetology). There were a total of 34 students in the Dressmaking class sharing six sewing machines whereas the Cosmetology class had no Hair Dyers. Upon HBC visiting this Training Center in February 2019, a need for 28 additional sewing machines and seven Hair Dryers was requested to ensure each student could learn on their own machine. iPG has been able to successfully mobilize donations and deliver 28 sewing machines, seven hair dryers, and a knitting machine to complete the 1st Phase of the project. HBC’s CEO and IGVTTC’s Headmaster pause to take a photo with students learning dress making.
